Fund Analyst – Real Estate recruitment

Key Tasks:

• Maintain fund model, analyse and forecast performance of the fund under care

• Support implementation of investment and asset management strategies

• Assist in modeling, structuring and concluding real estate acquisitions by the fund

• Assist in asset performance reporting

• Involve in development of financing strategies of the fund, be it through equity or debt

Candidate Requirements:

• Degree in Real Estate, Business or Finance related discipline

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

•Experience in conducting financial feasibility studies

•Must be numeric and proficient in Microsoft Excel application
