The Role
This position is a 12 month contract focussing on the provision of a management and financial reporting service for specified LLPs and associated group companies, including providing accounting, technical support and advisory services to the business. The role is wide ranging and includes:-

* Preparation and presenting accounts, reports and other ad hoc information for specific funds and related companies to IFRS standards, LP agreements, regulatory requirements and tax requirements.
* Determining and paying distributions to the partners, including the priority profit share and all supporting calculation information.
* Maintenance of relevant accounting books and records for the portfolio assets, fund partnerships and related companies.
* Provision of technical accountancy advice related to the treatment of investment portfolio transactions.
* Provision of technical and finance information and advice on funds to support fund-raising and other Group projects including the maintenance of various models.
* Ongoing contribution to enhancement of systems, processes and reports for in order to add value to reporting.
* Development of models to provide forward looking analysis for distributions

Who they are looking for
To be considered for this role you should:

* Be a graduate qualified accountant
* Have experience of Private Equity or Investment Management or other Financial Services, with some exposure to fund or partnership accounting.
* Have previous practical financial accounting experience, tax returns and multi-currency transactions.
* Have outstanding Excel skills
