As a Fund MI and Governance Manager your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

• An excellent knowledge of investment funds, markets and current legislation

• Experience of working with a range of different fund structures such as insured funds and collective investment schemes and interpreting fund documentation and regulations

• The ability to work effectively as part of a team and lead by example

• A track record of building effective and innovative solutions

• Solid numerical skills

As a Fund MI and Governance Manager your main responsibilities could involve:

• Building and supporting our fund performance reporting and governance processes

• Analysing the impact of regulatory changes

• Ensuring service standards are met

• Negotiating the commercial aspects of legal agreements

• Maintaining contract records

• Managing internal projects
