Fund Onboarder (m/f) recruitment

For an important private bank we are looking for a

Fund Onboarder (m/f)
for a permanent position in Geneva

Your Duties:

Coordinate the funds on-boarding process
Work with fund houses to ensure the service they provide is in line with the bank distribution requirements
Responsible for assessing suitability of new funds; prospectus review, share class selection, working with corporate tax, risk and compliance and presentation of research at investor committees
Monitor and maintenance of suitability and distribution data for approved funds
Work with legal team to negotiate distribution agreement with fund houses

Your Qualifications:

University degree in eEconomics or similar
Working within asset management/wealth management
Experience in a role that utilises a broad and diverse skill set is an advantage, ideally with experience working with regulated funds
