Fund Operations Analyst recruitment
The Operations Analyst will synthesize and analyze data, information and various metrics to support strategic, marketing, sales and operating goals. The incumbent will be responsible for the following:
- General Fund Accounting practices;
- Driving improvements in data integrity, timeliness and accessibility with respect to shared databases;
- Mining data to determine relationships in current and new data sources to ultimately improve distribution and financial results;
- Providing daily oversight and management of third-party IT and CRM vendors;
- Managing new investor reconciliation; and
- Interfacing with sales team to support financial planning process.
Candidate Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree required;
- Superior academic record with a focus on accounting, operations management, or finance, highly preferred;
- Demonstrated experience within Operations and preferably Fund Accounting at a financial services firm or banking institution is required;
- Understanding of the capital markets, accounting and operations management is a necessity; and
- Prior securities industry, transfer agency, or alternative investment product experience is highly preferred.
