Sponsored Products (SP) Fund Product Manager is responsible for managing and executing the fund product development and fund product management agendas for a number of SP fund families, including Cayman, Canadian and Australian-based funds, and Limited Partnership structures. Specific responsibilities include:

- Fund Product Development:

- Manage the fund development and fund design process, including contributing to new product creation, being knowledgeable about the target market segment objectives constraints, knowing our competition, and contributing to product positioning, pricing and capacity management
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the fund launch process including managing the launch project plan, coordinating the production of fund launch materials and ensuring that GRG is equipped to represent the fund to their clients and prospects

- Fund Product Management:

- Manage a number of fund product management issues including determining which shareclasses to launch, ensuring investment guidelines, benchmarks and other fund terms conditions are current, managing allocated fund capacity, and keeping abreast of trends in the market that would impact the fund
- Oversee the accurate and timely execution of
any changes to the fund
- Monitor fund performance, both among
shareclasses and between the fund and its
corresponding composite

- Provide relevant expertise (e.g. vehicle, fund trends) to internal constituents
- Maintain open dialogue with various internal stakeholders related to the SP product development agenda

- Other projects/responsibilities
- May participate in cross-functional working groups and project teams that support SPs Product Development agenda
- Escalate issues, where appropriate, to the SP Management Team
- Lead or assist with ad hoc product-related projects

Qualifications:

We seek individuals that have good problem solving skills and solid business judgment. Candidates must have exceptional attention to detail, be responsive, and have a strong sense of accountability and ownership for their work. An entrepreneurial spirit, collaborative and flexible mindset is required in this highly cross-functional role where priorities and client needs often change.

Other qualifications include:

- 5-10 years of related experience
- Interest in financial markets
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of intellectual curiosity
- Positive, collegial attitude, sense of humor and enthusiasm
- CFA and/or MBA preferred
