Fund raising & sales support Analyst – Intern recruitment
The role is focused on creating client intelligence and supporting the sales processes. You will report to Global Head of Investor Relations Marketing, your main responsibilities will be the following:
• Analysing in depth the needs and requirements of all segments of clients, including relevant client related stakeholders, such as consultants and intermediaries. Desktop research on clients and investor markets. In 2011, focus on OPCI RFA.
• Collecting, assembling, maintaining and developing information /data and feeding this into the CRM tool / database, thus enabling client and market intelligence as well as improvement in processes. This also includes supporting client related governance and compliance items and actions, such as KYC/AML. Update of CRM on KYC.
• Support to the Fund Raising calls: update of CRM fund reports on capital raising , distribution of the fund reports prior to the conference calls, minutes of the conference calls and summary of outcome/actions points of the conference calls.
• Support on RFP /RFI from clients/consultants, support to QA of clients and support in preparing client meetings (presentations and research on clients).
What sort of profile are we looking for ?
- Currently undertaking a degree in Finance/Real Estate/Investment Managment/Marketing
- Fluent in English, (German or Spanish or Arabic as a plus)
- Some working experience would be a plus
- Basic knowledge of real estate investment and the industry
- Social skills and communication skills
- Team spirit, flexibility and diplomacy
- Energetic and flexible
- Sensitivity to confidentiality issues and company / team image to clients
