PURPOSE

Responsible for producing and supervising the funds financial reporting and data within the legal or contractual deadlines. This position is also responsible for producting Key Investor Information document in relation with UCITS IV regulation. Additionally, this position is the accountable liaison point between auditors, clients and service providers. This Position is also responsible for producting Key Investor Information document in relation with UCITS IV regulation.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational Efficiency

The incumbent is responsible for the efficient delivery of daily and periodic service and reporting to clients enhancement while ensuring timely and accurate delivery of the reporting

Client Service

The incumbent is responsible for delivering service that ensures the ongoing satisfaction of RBC Dexia’s clients. Delivery to all clients consistently must meet or exceed specific client requirements.

Risk Management

Follow the existing procedures to ensure the control environment effectively mitigates for financial and reputational risk issues. Ensure the escalation communication to Senior Manager in case of operational issues and risks.

Global Product Knowledge

Provide a good understanding of product, industry, and international market, tax, accounting and compliance issues. Ongoing education and development is important as the industry and roles are dynamic in nature.

Control Environment

Respect on a constant and accurate basis proper internal controls, policies and procedures.

OTHER

Service Delivery

-Supports all key quality initiatives.

-Supports the Senior Manager within the implementation of new processes to effectively reduce cost, increase quality service, ensure accuracy and facilitate efficient delivery solutions.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS / EXPERIENCE

- Post-Secondary education with a concentration in accounting, finance and/or economics is preferred or equivalent professional experience.

- Good securities knowledge gained through financial services background and completion of industry related course(s),

- Good knowledge of different investment vehicles

- Knowledge of Luxembourg banking and Investment Fund legislation/regulations

- Knowledge in IFRS US GAAP, Swiss and German rules

- English is mandatory , French and German are essential.
