Fund Reporting and Analysis Manager recruitment
Our client, a leading banking institution is seeking a Fund Reporting and Analysis Manager to manage one of their teams. The team carries out a range of activities to develop and maintain their investment offer across all distribution channels. The Fund Reporting and Analysis Manager is required to monitor funds with a view to ensuring they deliver performance in line with expectations and communicate the results of this analysis to a range of stakeholders.
Responsibilities of the Fund Reporting and Analysis Manager:
- Monitor, review and report on fund performance and attribution against benchmarks
- Define new and monitor existing mandates / investment approaches for relevant funds with input from Head of Investment Strategy and Fund Development
- Proactively identify key market messages and areas of potential strength/weakness, with a view to onward communication to sales channels and other stakeholders through the Marketing team
- Provide timely and professional reactive service for fund performance and ad-hoc fund analysis for internal and external customers
- Ensure factsheets are provided on a timely and accurate basis
- Maintain and refresh investment fund performance content of relevant websites, ensuring accuracy of fund data
- Directly manage the members of the Fund Reporting and Analysis team. Provide ongoing training, development and motivation for team members, supported by a rolling strategic plan for the team
- Provide fund reporting into investment committees
Background of the Fund Reporting and Analysis Manager:
- Experience working directly within financial services
- Extensive working knowledge of funds
- Experience working investment/fund reporting, performance measurement, attribution or index analysis
- Experience working within a managerial or supervisory capacity
This is a permanent Monday to Friday role for a Fund Reporting and Analysis Manager paying an excellent salary plus bonus and benefits.
