Fund Sales

A leading European Hedge Fund is looking for an experienced alternatives sales person who has established relationships with institutional clients in the Nordic region to include Norway, Finland, Sweden, Iceland and Denmark. The ideal candidate must be currently working with key contacts in the Nordic Institutional market including Insurance, Pension Funds and Asset Managers, and will have a solutions based approach to client’s needs.  Good technical knowledge is essential in order to communicate their product range as well as design bespoke solutions where appropriate.

Candidates from the sell-side and also the long-only space will be considered providing they have the requisite fund solutions and asset-raising experience.

This is a key hire and will report directly to the Global Head of Business Development.  The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience selling to Nordic investors and a proven asset-raising background.  The successful candidate will be offered an attractive incentivised compensation structure, as well as the opportunity to join a fund experiencing significant growth.

A strong academic background is crucial and preferably CFA/MBA accredited.  Additional languages would be beneficial.
