Summary of Position:
Lead the development, management and implementation of projects for the Americas PMO Team across work streams in the US.
This lead will be focused on leading the development of our Product Investment Initiatives, represent US operations for technology initiatives and operational changes for JP Morgan's Fund Services.
Focus with be on the implementation of CPC and other critical initiatives for 2012
As a work stream lead, you will partner with the technology, operations and product teams to set-up the overall work stream project, establish the project framework, lead execution, drive issue resolution and communicate status with sponsors to ensure appropriate escalation and prioritization. You will assemble and lead a team of SMEs working with technology partners to develop project plans, deliver business requirements and execute against project goals and milestones.

To be successful, the candidate must have a strong sense of ownership of the program's deliverables, a proven track record leading complex programs and a working knowledge of accounting needs for Operations Services, and Fund Services including accounting and reporting.

Qualifications
Candidate should exhibit:
Superior project management skills with a minimum 7 years experience and a track record leading complex new product and technology based programs
A minimum of 15 years experience in Fund Services
Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration and relationship building skills with experience managing virtual teams comprised of technology and business SMEs across locations
Problem solving and conflict management skills
Superior written and presentation communication skills with an emphasis on status and issue management for senior management.
Execution oriented and results driven.
Bachelors degree or equivalent
Strong focus on Control and Risk analysis when developing and implementing new technology requirements
Previous experience with large scale system conversions
