Central to the College maximising its income and success rates, your brief will be to ensure complete accuracy of learner data which will aid the production of valid and timely data reports to external funding bodies. Key to this will be establishing data validation through the implementation and enhancement of robust systems and procedures.

 

Specifically, this will involve:

        Ensuring the production of the Individualised Learner Record (ILR) funding and data returns is accurate and timely in accordance with funding guidelines using recognised monitoring and validation software.

        Providing training to staff on funding, audit and data requirements – promoting the importance of data accuracy.

        Championing the importance of the College’s central information systems.

        Supporting the implementation/development of the ProResource curriculum planning system.

As Funding Data Quality Co-ordinator, you will:

 

        Be educated to at least NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) or have significant experience of working with funding, learner records and ILR data submission.

        Have a solid understanding of FE funding methodology and a good working knowledge of ILR processing and submission processes.

        Demonstrate a commitment to accuracy, a proactive/decisive approach to work, excellent organisation skills and the ability to work under pressure.
