Funding Plan Manager recruitment

As the Funding Plan Manager you will have full responsibility, design, maintenance and delivery for the required funding plan for the banks UK business and partner heavily with the UK senior management the group international head office.

To be the successful Funding Plan Manager you will likely offer a mix of Finance and Treasury experience combined with the capability to provide high level management information and understand the key drivers of Liquidity and capital and their implications on the balance sheet.

To be the successful Funding Plan Manager you will likely offer the following:
• Background in treasury, finance, risk or strategy with a strong analytical skill set
• Moderate quantitative skills, including comfort in analysing and modelling data in MS Excel.
• Previous experience of cross-business initiatives/project management.
• Understanding of current regulation in particular risk capital and liquidity.
• Written and oral communication skills deliverable to senior management. 
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Flexibility - adaptable to changing priorities.
• Innovative / resourceful thinking - source of creative ideas and solutions.
• Ability to stay abreast of a rapidly changing regulatory environment.
