Job Profile:
Under the direction of the Fundraising Director, the Fundraising Associate is responsible for coordinating the production and execution of all tasks relating to individual donor direct marketing efforts. This includes, but not limited to, donor direct mail appeals, on-line donor appeals as well as donor cultivation activities. This position will also participate in the reporting and analysis of direct marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate must have at least three years of direct marketing experience in fundraising. The following skills and experience are required: Excellent verbal, presentation and written skills; superior administrative and organizations skills; experience managing suppliers/outside vendors within very tight timelines: reporting and strong analytic skills and knowledge with Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc) and donor databases, preferably Raisers Edge .
