Our Institutional Advancement/Advancement Services department is seeking an individual to provide primary management and support for the fundraising management system (currently Blackbaud CRM), the donor database, the integration of online giving data (currently Blackbaud Sphere), and the use of all other department-critical software and hardware. Specific responsibilities include:
- Generates accurate financial and donor reports in a timely fashion.
- Identifies and implements ways to efficiently use all information management systems, software and tools in support of the entire Institutional Advancement (IA) staff.
- In conjunction with Director of Advancement Services, creates and maintains documentation and materials for staff training purposes.
Requirements include strong working knowledge and experience with all MS Office applications; basic knowledge of fundraising principles; expert with MS Access and/or SQL; three years experience in related field; experience with SSRS, Crystal Reports, or other Blackbaud products a plus. Associate’s degree required (Bachelor’s preferred).
