The CAIIF platform was established January 2010 with sponsorship from CASC

Ø Headquartered in Beijing

Ø The RMB Fund, with committed capital of RMB 5 billion, began operations in March 2010

Ø 18 investment professionals with strong multi-disciplinary experience and China“know-how”

Ø In 2012, the USD Fund is going to be raised

The Fund seeks to achieve superior risk-adjusted returns targeting leading SOEs and private enterprises with sustainable competitive advantages, strong growth potential, and proven management teams

Ø Focus industries include (but not limited to): Aerospace, Manufacturing, Consumer, Energy, and Healthcare

Ø The senior investment professionals have extensive experience investing in and creating value for businesses, and have worked closely with each other for over 10 years

Main Responsibilities

The responsibilities including but not limited to:

l Working closely with senior executives, developing and implementing fundraising strategy

l Developing and maintaining investor relations

l Preparing marketing materials, diligence questionnaires, and fund documents

l Coordinating with the negotiations and investor events

l Managing third-party advisors and resources

Requirements

l Knowledgeable in PE business, finance, related regulations and rules

-Related experiences in either fundraising or investment management for a Fund of Fund or Pension Fund

l Exceptional communications and negotiation skills

l Ability to make sound commercial judgment

l Strong organizational skills

l Fluent in English and Mandarin

l Enthusiastic and self-motivated

l The ability to work with a team, and take significant responsibilities
