Funds – Legal & Compliance Counsel – Singapore recruitment
Responsibilities / Requirements:
- Scope of the work is broad, and will largely involve dealing with authorised retail funds and drafting distribution agreements, but there is also the opportunity to deal with alternative investment work
- 3-5+ PQE lawyer (SG qualified)
- Familiar with MAS regulations / CPF rules on funds
- Business involves retail/mutual/CPF funds
- Independent and keen to work as sole legal/compliance counsel in Singapore
