Futures Change Lead Business Analyst recruitment
AGS on behalf of RBS represents contract and temporary opportunities for RBS MIB (Marketing and International Banking). We have an outstanding contract opportunity for a Futures Change Lead Business Analyst to make their mark with one of the world's largest international banking and financial services companies. In the role of a Futures Change Lead Business Analsyt you will play an integral role in helping our client deliver market leading services that set it apart from its competitors.
Additional Position Details:
- To oversee projects within the Futures Front to Back Office programme, including direct liaison with senior members of Operations, the Futures Business, GBM support teams and Clients.
- To ensure that the Change Management Team facilitates the effective documentation of change requirements for the Futures Business and perform testing and reporting of key operational controls and MI. This will include internal Operational efficiency initiatives and external client requirements.
- To ensure that workflows designed drive down the cost per trade, support the onshore strategy, remove EUDAs, address GNEP actions and do not compromise the Control framework in anyway or compromise any regulatory reporting.
- The role will also facilitate the management of the prioritisation process including allocation of available IT resource. Responsibilities also include ensuring that Development is actioned according to plan and in compliance with the requirements as detailed in the functional specification.
- Team duties will also coordinate the writing of test scripts, UAT cycles and resolution of any resulting issues.
- Responsibilities include tracking requirements against development and delivery, and monitoring deadlines.
- Post implementation reviews to ensure benefits are achieved/delivered
- Cost per trade modelling, analysis and reporting with senior business stakeholders across the Futures business.
- Management, Monitoring, Reporting and Oversight of the project Governance structure in the Futures F2B programme and more widely across the Prime Services Change Portfolio
Competencies:
- Extensive Investment Banking experience
- Asset Class - Futures
- MS Office Excel, Word, Access, Outlook PowerPoint (Project preferable)
- Experience working with senior business stakeholders, including trading staff and business heads
- Experience working with Clients
- Understanding of IT platforms and Industry initiatives
- Change Management experience
