Futures Client Service – Japanese Speaker recruitment
The successful candidate will be fluent in Japanese, ideally with the ability to converse at Keigo level as you will be managing the lead on the bank’s Japanese client base, dealing with other banks and corporates.
Reporting directly into the Head of Futures Client Services, you will be responsible for providing superlative client service to Futures brokerage clients, being the main of point of contact for Japanese companies. Time management and prioritisation are key in order to respond to discrepancies and queries that arise from the desk and other ad hoc inquiries from clients. You will also issue margin call statements and be involved in various marketing activities when new potential clients for the bank are targeted. Data management for the department and preparation of weekly and monthly reports are also requirements of the position.
