Futures & Options Analyst

Leading Investment bank in London is currently recruiting for a Future and Options client services analyst. Candidate would experience in client services and brokerage including clearing. The role will be quite varied and the candidate will be cross-trained in other areas.

FO Client services require motivated individuals to perform key control functions and liaise with our clients regarding all of their Operational requirements.

The responsibilities of our Client Services Representatives include the following:

· Client liaison – Single point of contact.
· Margin Calls
· Collateral management
· Product expiration management
· Clearing Technology support
· Manage client requests regarding trade discrepancies, commission, interest, margins, brokerage etc
· Off site client training and service review meetings

Required Skills and Qualifications

· Extensive FO Operational knowledge
· Proven skills in delivering a professional face to our clients and taking ownership of issues through to closure.
· Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate across multiple aspects of the organization at various levels.
· Ability to identify process inefficiencies to improve capacity, efficiency and control.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure
· Strong time management skills required to meet time critical deadlines and priorities
