FX and Fixed Income Middle Office Manager recruitment

Our client, a leading investment bank, currently seeks a FX and Fixed Income Middle Office Manager, to be based in London

The FX and Fixed Income Middle Office Manager will be part of the Operations Team, and will be responsible for:
-Daily operations and management of the Fixed Income Operations and Trade Support Group teams in London
-Development and running of the operational processes effectively as well as actively leading process improvement efforts to increase efficiency
-Managing multiple processes and functions across an identified range of products and services
-Perform sundry duties as required by management

As such, the successful FX and Fixed Income Middle Office Manager will have the following skills and experience:
-Advanced knowledge of the operating environment (e.g., processing environment, applications, software, hardware) for Fixed Income and Derivatives products
-Advanced knowledge of business processes and procedures for FX. Fixed Income and Derivatives.
-Thorough understanding of the trade lifecycle, the groups involved and how decisions impact each area
-Knowledge of the various systems used by the business (e.g. Bloomberg, Calypso, Wall Street Systems, etc) or similar platforms is an asset
