A global investment bank with large operations in APAC is seeking a delivery or project/program management professional to help drive change within the bank. As part of the operations team, you will contribute to the bank's initiatives on an executive director level with an APAC oversight. You will contribute an APAC business perspective to a global business model. You will be technical, ideally with strong back office rates experience, and have experience managing stakeholders in operations within investment banking or wealth management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the change portfolio with regional stakeholders from the various arms of the bank.
- Management and Leadership of APAC Development Teams for project-based work.
- Define and enforce the IT strategy for Foreign Exchange (FX) and Money Markets (MM) applications within the region.
- Manage stakeholders (both internal and external) and build relationships with the local IT teams.
- Improve quality and stability of deliverables and environments - increase overall efficiency of FX and Money Market Applications.
Key Requirements:
- Expert business knowledge of FXMM (Foreign Exchange and Money Markets) workflows and processes (post trade).
- Experience and knowledge of the full SDLC, previous experience as a developer or development manager is beneficial.
- Strong Technical Background.
- General knowledge of investment banking and/or wealth management.
