Key Responsibilities
and Accountabilities:
* Determining and providing solutions to users of FX and MM trading systems.
* The delivery of a high quality support service including:
o Incident Management
o Release Management
o Problem Management
* Adherence to security and other policies, standards and procedures.
* Participation in the team shift rota including both on site and off site (remote) support and occasional weekend work.
* Participation in the effort to achieve the objectives and goals of the support desk, the FXMM Systems team and the department as whole.
* The facilitation of changes to FX and MM trading systems via change policies, standards and procedures.
* Participation in the maintenance of the support desk's documentation on SharePoint and the network share and the maintenance and update of the support desk's wiki site
Key Relationships:
* With colleagues within the FXMM Systems Support team, the FXMM Systems team and the department as a whole
* With users of the FX and MM trading systems

* A familiarisation with market terminology
* An understanding of pl calculation and the concepts of market risk and credit risk
