FX Business Analyst
The FX change team is responsible for the project management, requirements documentation, testing, and roll-out to production of all mandatory and business-related change issues for FX
Key Responsibilities:
The available position is for a team member focusing on business and technical analysis, plus requirements gathering and documenting, for large-scale CTB programmes, including full front-to-back reengineering of trade and financial flows as well as smaller project initiatives across the wide range of FX functions and responsibilities.
As part of this team, you will be working in a dynamic, pressurised environment, interacting with a wide variety of internal clients and senior stakeholders in departments such as front office trading sales teams, business management, middle office, operations, finance and IT, across a wide range of locations.
You will have:
• Ability to perform highly technical analysis and design effort.
• Ability to communicate understanding of technical issues, systems and flows.
• Ability to clearly gather, define and document user requirements.
• Ability to challenge the norm and provide innovative solutions.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 2007, including Excel.
• MS Project PowerPoint skills are preferable but not essential.
• Proven and relevant financial industry experience.
• Proven experience of working and having a proven track record in a change environment role.
• Ability to work long dated deliverables / timelines effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills required to liaise with subject matter experts to problem solve issues.
• Experience and ability to work in a culturally diverse and geographically distributed team.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies, product lifecycles and working environments.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
