Harrington Starr is currently partnered with a leading Financial Services Provider who is currently looking to hire an FX Business Analyst in order to liaise with traders on their ECN platforms; Currenex, 360T, FXALL, FXConnect and Barracuda FX.
If you are successful in your application for the FX Business Analyst role, you will be expected to carry out the following duties on a daily basis:
* Liaise with business users in order to gather functional requirements for traders and clients
* Document functional requirements for the use of developers
* Continually liaise between both parties to make sure a suitable product is created and the product is tested prior to client use
* Advise business users on what is possible with the FX trading platform
* Document all upgrades
* Make sure users are fully trained in the functional upgrades
My client offers the successful applicant the opportunity to take full ownership for the in-house FX trading platform and become accustomed to Currenex, 360T, FXALL, FXConnect and Barracuda FX platforms. You will be able to develop your FX skills to a market leading level, becoming an SME in, FX Spots, FX Options and FX Futures and FX Forwards whilst maintaining your IT capability. As a result of becoming accustomed to a range of different FX platforms you will gain excellent transferable skills within the industry.
In order to successfully apply for the FX Business Analyst role you must have the following skills and experiences:
* Experience in electronic trading preferably with, Currenex, 360T, FXALL, FXConnect or Barracuda FX
* An excellent understanding of the FX, FX Forwards, FX Spots, FX Options and FX Futures markets.
* A technical background
* At least 5 years FX Business Analyst experience
* Extensive Stakeholder management experience
