Tradenext is a UK based financial services firm specialising in trade execution of financial derivatives. Offering unique features on its electronic trading platform for both individual and institutional clients. The firm aims to revolutionise electronic trading in financial markets by bringing up to date technological enhancements and innovative trading tools.
Tradenext is part of a larger investment group operating across three continents; the group operates in financial services, banking and mining.
With the ecstatic growth in online financial trading and the FX to be the most liquid asset class; Tradenext endeavours to provide a robust trading platform, competitive pricing and up to date and data to the trading community.
Tradenext's sales and business development department is looking for a focused, energetic and result orientated financial sales executive. The individual will work closely with financial institutions, regulated brokers/ banks, introducing brokers, affiliate partners, money managers and private clients throughout the on-boarding process, informing and educating them about Tradenext's products and services.
The individual will be part of an ambitious, forward thinking and target driven team.
Responsibilities will include:

Converting prospects into active clients

Assisting new clients understanding products

Generating new business leads and opportunities

Educating clients to understand the concept of margin trading

Assist clients through inbound/outbound calls, chats and emails.

Liaise with marketing department on trends, opportunities for sales and client acquisition

adhere to compliance and firms regulatory procedures and policies

meet individual and team targets
Qualifications and experience:
•Excellent sales, interpersonal and communication skills and have an enthusiastic approach when speaking to new clients
•Professional and organised approach suited to a regulated product environment
•Financial sales experience
•Previous experience of selling margined products, in particular FX or Contracts for Difference, would be advantageous.
Educated to at least a good A-level standard and/or degree level

- Possess a strong foundation of knowledge within Global Financial Markets
- Ability to consistently meet and exceed demanding sales targets
- Possess a positive, enthusiastic and motivated attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication and articulation skills
- The ability to effectively manage and prioritise multiple responsibilities
- Strong computer literacy skills Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
- A strong team spirit, enabling him/her to work seamlessly with other members of the sales team.
Individual must be available for domestic and international travel
Bilingual skills are desired, specifically seeking fluent Spanish, Arabic, Italian, Russian, German and other European languages.
