FX Client Solutions
You will be responsible for the set up / go-live and ongoing client services of all new clients being bought onto the platform. The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter, comfortable in a demanding, client-driven environment.
Previous Desired Experience:
- Ability to understand the configuration of the MT4 Bridge (and the associated plugin) and be able to track issues between MT4 and FXInside.
- Excellent understanding of the FX Market / FX Electronic Trading.
- For new Solutions – design and verify solution (or solution documentation) understanding and precisely documenting requirements – Hand over from pre Sales.
- Partake and lead SIP initiatives.
- Introduction of new customers to Business Support at go live and the introduction of Business Support to the customer setup – particularly any unusual features or requests.
- Setup of UAT / DEMO systems within current system limits including FIX and 3 party interfacing such as FXAll, Bloomberg and STP. Have the ability to setup shared UAT systems using a PB if necessary and understand the three main setups (BA, PB and multi LE).
- Also to provide an environment for conformance testing.
- To give training to new customer administrators and Account Managers (where necessary) for the administrator tools.
