FX / Commodities Business Analyst. Front Office.
The successful candidate will work as part of a front office team that is responsible for building the next generation trading infrastructure for a front office group that trades FX and Commodity derivatives. You will have experience of working within a front office environment previously – as a business analyst, and potentially project manager. You will work on:
• Overseeing the implementation of a new system
• Eliciting requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis
• Developing requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language
• Collaborating with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyse trade-offs between usability and performance needs
• Working closely with developers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
• Being part of SCRUM teams as a middleman between business people and developers
• Being the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams
You will work on:
• Strong analytical and product management skills ( including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements)
