FX Corporate Structurer- VP/Director Level
This is a truly unique opportunity as my client is looking for an FX corporate structuring specialist to engage very closely with the bank`s FX trading and sales teams across Europe.
My client already has a successful FX institutional structuring team but is looking to strengthen its Corporate clients offering. This is a critical and immediate hire for my client and they are willing to pay to secure this. We will only consider VP/Director level FX structurers based in London with at least 5 years’ experience within FX Structuring.
The ideal candidate will have the following skill set;
- Already be an FX structurer either at VP or Director level with considerable experience and knowledge of complex FX structures/products
- Large-Cap Corporate experience is ESSENTIAL for this role although my client is very keen on any FX liability structuring experience
- Skills such as pricing/back testing/ product innovation/ education of sales/ creation of new concepts and ideas/ managing risks of FX products are all important
- Role focuses on developing hedging solutions and investment products specifically tailored for Corporate Clients
The successful candidate will have to boast strong communication skills to educate clients and the sales force about the bank`s FX suite but also have good technical skills to help the traders manage risk and pricing
