Role
To provide operational and administrative support to the Corporate Dealing team to ensure the highest standard of delivery in customer service
Key Responsibilities
- Assist dealers in their operational and administrative duties
- Required to receive and act on customer request to deliver the highest standard of service in any customer interaction.
- Liaise between the dealers and operations units to ensure that corporate transactions are settled promptly and accurately
- Required to adopt a customer centric and professional approach with a high level of service quality when interacting with the customers
- Help to effectively answer customer enquiries as well as solve problems of internal and external customers pertaining to transactions over the phone.
Qualifications, Skills Knowledge
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications with at least 1 years’ experience working in the financial sector. Excellent communication skills is a must as is a keen interested in FX and International Payments, strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced team environment.
