FX Documentation | Operations | Singapore
We are looking for a strong Documentation candidate for a leading Global Bank for a role based in Singapore. Candidates should have strong Derivatives knowledge and a good understanding of OTC products.
Candidates based in Singapore may have an advantage.
Responsibilities of the Derivatives Documentation Associate:
- Work with Global documentation teams; focus is on FX products
- Drafting, reviewing and execution of ISDA agreements and confirmations
- Ensure due diligence is in place; verification and assurance of documents
- Work with Front Office, Credit, Compliance and Legal teams in regards to documentations across Derivative products
- Projects; candidate will have to participate in Projects
- Work with a team and build strong relations
Requirements of the Derivatives Documentation Associate:
- At least 1 year experience in the Financial industry
- Candidates should have Banking or Financial Services experience
- Strong ISDA knowledge
- Product knowledge across Rates, FX, Options etc.; strong Derivative knowledge is required
- Strong degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting or a related field
- Strong Microsoft Office knowledge
