FX eCommerce Programme Manager recruitment
The FX Programme Manager will be responsible for the management of the end to end delivery of technology projects for the entire Investment Bank.
As a Programme Manager you will be delivery focused, business facing, process oriented, demanding, attentive to detail with an in depth knowledge of budget processes and resource allocation procedures. You will also have excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and build effective relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders.
You will also be required to set up governance structures and business processes. You will act as the business facing Programme Manager within the FX eCommerce Group.
To be successful for the role you will have the following:
• You will have solid core Programme Management experience including budget processes as well as managing teams near/off shore
• You will have experience of working on numerous global projects within the FX space
• You will have previous experience working in the front office
• You will have solid eCommerce experience and would have worked on numerous in house platforms the 3rd party vendors
• You will have a strong knowledge of the full trade lifecycle of FX trading including Spots/Forwards
• You will have previous experience of working in a business facing role
• You will have exceptional communications skills and be comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders
• You will have previous experience of working in an Agile environment
• You will have proven knowledge/experience of IT technical processes and IT implementations
In order to be successful for this role you must have proven track record as a Programme Manager within an investment bank. You must have excellent communications skills and able to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
