FX eCommerce Support Analyst – AVP recruitment
The Support Analyst will be working directly with the traders to ensure that the application is running at optimum level, this will be facing off to the Quants in London and HK
Our client is a leading global financial institution. The role is Supporting the FX/MM and Balance Sheet Products team to ensure that this mission critical platform is fully supported and contributing to implementation projects as well.
Responsibilities of the role:
- 1st line day to day application support, 2nd line consultative support to regional teams
- Administer onsite support to the business and IT for various project implementations.
- Work closely with the testing teams
- Maintain high system availablity
Requirements of the role:
- Strong communication skills is crucial
- Strong SQL
- Unix Shell Scripting
- Any Java Support experience highly beneficial, Tibco very big plus
- Working within an FX trading platform highly desired but Support Analysts from Fixed Income and Equities could be trained up
