Key Objectives
Define operational gaps and provision of remedial plans
Ensure Infrastructure SLA agreements are met
Serve as technical bridge between business, applications and Infrastructure
Encourage and foster partnership between business, applications and Infrastructure
Communicate Infrastructure projects and changes to the business
Communicate major business and application changes to Infrastructure
Review and recommend policy changes in support of business
Communication of road maps and forecasts between Infrastructure and the business
Provision of global, scalable solutions for the business
Ensure BCP business objectives are met
Project coordination and facilitation
Communicate and ensure business specifications and objectives are addressed through Infrastructure architectural strategies
Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies
Work with global infrastructure and vendors to discuss product pipelines
Ensure global compliance for Infrastructure strategies in support of business
BCP engineering in support of business
Determine and recommend best of breed solutions infrastructure solutions in support of business
Develop strategic road map for service delivery solutions
Participate in global standardization of Infrastructure product set and processes
Ensure Infrastructure resiliency and availability criteria are met
Negotiate Infrastructure SLA’s with application and business counterparts
