FX Product Support Analyst (Temp to Perm)
You will be responsible for providing level 1 2 support diagnostics to both internal and external clients.
The role will have responsibility for:
- Support and monitoring real time trading issues
- Logfile analysis
- Monitoring performance and capacity planning
- Fault reporting and escalation to appropriate vendors
- Data analysis
Person Specification
Essential
- Solid understanding of basic computing principles
- Enthusiasm to learn, and the ability to understand a wide-range of technologies
- Ability to work well within a team, to tight deadlines in a fast moving environment
- Good communication skills

Desirable (depending on your work experience)
- Understanding of FX market
- Experience of providing first-level desktop /or IT support in a helpdesk environment
- Experience of Market Data Information systems (e.g. Bloomberg, Reuters, etc)
- Understanding of FIX protocol /or STP /or connectivity /or trade flows
- Familiarity with a UNIX environment
- Installation of trading GUIs /or APIs
- Language skills: Spanish /or Portuguese
Hours
Market hours will be 24 hours
Rotational shift work required
