Overview:
Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB) comprises three businesses: Corporate Finance, Markets and Global Transaction Banking and includes regional coverage in the Bank's key growth areas.
Key Responsibilities:
* Quantitative and detailed analysis of client flow.
* Building client-bespoke pricing and trade acceptance logic.
* Derive short- and medium-term alpha from client flow, to be used for franchise pricing.
* Contribute to strategic design and vision of the platform.
* Client visits.
You will have:
* A highly quantitative background, and experience in advanced statistical analysis of tick-by-tick market data.
* Extensive experience in algo / High Frequency (HF) trading in at least one product (for example equities, rates and Foreign Exchange (FX)).
* Understanding of the FX market is a plus.
You will be:
* Degree-educated (or relevant international equivalent) in quantitative field is required, ideally with a concentration on statistics or econometrics.
* An Advanced Matrix Laboratory (Matlab) user. Knowledge of C++ and kdb/q (programming languages) is a plus.
