FX Sales Executive
The purpose of the Sales Executive role is to research, qualify and develop a warm pipeline of 'quality' clients for the treasury sales people within their respective sub team. They are also there to be a support for the team as a whole, as the team work together to bring in new business for the desk. The attainment of new business is set in accordance with the sub team's target for both money markets and foreign exchange.
Key to success in this role is the ability to sell the bank's USPs, however there are a number of other skills / competenciesthat are essential:
• Motivated and hungry to succeed with a sales driven attitude
• Tele-sales experience
• Competent computer skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Results driven
• Attention to detail accuracy
• Effective time management skills / planning organising skills
• Hardworking motivated to exceed expectations beat targets
• Highly professional and articulate. Ability to communicate with senior management / business owners
• Ability to understand new concepts and product knowledge
• Ability to articulate these concepts / products in the client's language
• Proven communication and listening skills
