My client is a leading provider of online foreign exchange (Forex) trading, asset management, and B2B Forex services. My client has seen significant growth over the last 2 years and is therefore looking to hire a senior individual in the industry to manage a team of approx. 16 sales people. This role requires someone with a track record of managing, motivating and improving a multi-disciplined sales team – ideally within the FX market. This FX company is one of the most forward thinking businesses in the industry, they continue to develop their product suite and therefore require experienced professionals to assist them during this growth phase. The business is built on a platform of market specialists that have the desire to develop a successful career. Your responsibilities/experience will include all of the below:
Responsibilities Experience
- Manage a team of 16 sales people consisting of ‘new business’ and ‘account managers’.
- Work with the sales team to build and execute against a territory plan, identifying key market sectors, companies and sales objectives for the team to achieve.
- 3-5 years’ experience managing multi-disciplined sales team within the Financial Markets – FX would be preferable.
- Experience of working within the FX market whether it be with a broker, e-trading vendor or technology firm.
- Responsible for daily meetings with sales team, implementing individual and team targets, motivating and improving the sales function.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational capabilities as well as analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
- FX knowledge is preferable.
