FX Structurer – VP / Director Level recruitment
The team is currently responsible for providing FX structuring to all the sales teams across Financial Institutions, Corporates etc.
Main Responsibilities:
• To be the link between sales and trading. Providing structuring / pricing of FX products to primarily Hedge Fund clients.
• To facilitate structuring of products, originate new ideas focused towards the Hedge Fund market.
• To generate ideas to optimize and monetize client views.
• To ensure that product development and related risk management and trading capabilities develop in line with the sales desk.
Candidate Profile:
Past Experience
• At least five years’ experience in a FX Structuring role. Exposure to macro / Hedge Fund clients essential.
• Strong educational background in a Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science or Engineering based discipline.
Skills
• The ability to effectively communicate with trading and sales to ensure effective execution of all transactions.
• The ability to liaise with clients and successfully explain transactions and new trade ideas.
• Efficient preparation of material to present to clients which analyse past performance and future transactions.
• Good influencing skills and understanding of Sales / Corporate organisations.
• Able communicator, capable of adapting style to suit the audience.
• Structured, autonomous individual, with experience of project related activities.
• Team player, demonstrating adhesion to business plans and models
