FX Structurer – Institutional Client recruitment
My client already has a successful global FX business and has identified a need to add an analyst/associate level FX Structurer to join its expanding team. The successful candidate will be tasked with constructing, pricing and executing complex FX derivative structures to the full range of the banks institutional customers (real money, hedge funds and banks). In this role you will tasked with helping to build the banks FX structuring business. They are currently looking for a FX Derivatives Structurer with a maximum of five years' experience to work closely with institutional clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing structuring / pricing of FX products to primarily institutional clients.
- Development of the banks derivative FX product suite, extensive review and analysis of key external trends and education of the institutional sales force and external client base on FX derivatives.
- To facilitate structuring of products, originate new ideas focused towards the European market.
- Be an idea generator – come up with ways to optimize and monetize client views
- To ensure that product development and related risk management and trading capabilities develop in line with the sales desk.
Skill Requirements:
- Essential to be an FX structurer either analyst or associate level with considerable experience and knowledge of the entire FX product suite
- Institutional experience is essential for this role
- Any experience of the European market is essential
- Skills such as pricing/ backtesting/ product innovation/ education of sales/ creation of new concepts and ideas/ managing risks of FX products are all important
