Accounts Payable Expense Processing Analyst (entry-level), £14,000-£16,000, Belfast
An entry-level position is open within the Accounts Payable Shared Services department based in Belfast. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role within a demanding target driven and growing environment.
The successful candidate will perform daily transactional activities as part of a team of analysts whilst adhering to Sarbanes-Oxley and internal controls in line with the organisations requirements.
This role will require contribution to Financial Shared Service Centre targets as well as personal processing targets for volume and quality e.g Invoices, Invoice grief, Emails and/or Phone Calls coupled with contributing to the overall improvement of customer service offered while promoting the organisations reputation in the marketplace.
Daily the candidate will be be responsible for employee expense books alongside processing of manual payment requests on to required ERP system.
Essential:
4 GCSEs grade C or above or equivalent, Including English and Maths.
Relevant experience of working with transactional finance processes.
Desirable:
Fluent in French or Polish
Other language skills
Excellent keyboard skills
Experience in expense Processing.
