Gallup, a world-class organization, is looking for a talented manager to lead a team of research interviewers. As an Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding interviewers who have been with Gallup for 6-16 weeks to hone their interviewing skills; maximize their performance; and create an environment of productivity, quality, and engagement. You will coordinate social activities and recognition programs through the interviewing center to make Gallup a great place to work, while tracking employee results, celebrating and providing recognition for peak performances by individuals and teams, and managing projects through all stages of the research process.

 

A bachelor's degree is required. Management experience or an internship linked to management is preferred. Late afternoon and evening hours are required, with some weekends. Gallup does not typically sponsor foreign citizens for H-1B visas or permanent resident status for this position.
