Job Description: Web Designer Job Description Reporting to the Director, Fusion Studios, and functionally to the Connected Player Producer, the Web Designer with work collaboratively with a web developer to create an internally used reference website that will be used to stress-test a casual gaming portal currently under development. Primary responsibilities * Work from requirements documents to create wireframes for a casual gaming portal * Establish site navigation flow and content layout for the web version of the gaming portal on multiple clients: web, mobile web, and flash overlays designed for proprietary screens * Iterate on the navigation flow and layout based on feedback, or create multiple versions in order to provide education and depict options for off-project stakeholders Requirements * 2-5 years experience building wireframes and creating site flows * Experience working in a social/casual game or MMO development environment preferred * Advanced knowledge of Balsamiq (or other wireframing tool using standard conventions), Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator * Knowledge and experience with social media integration * Experience with Flash a bonus * Attention to detail, customer-service orientation, and creativity in problem-solving * Demonstrated ability to take complex user experience ideas and make them appear simple * Ability to work in a distributed development environment and to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing * Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
