GaN LED Process Engineer Job in South West England, South West Uk
Our client is currently searching for a GaN LED Process Engineer to be responsible for developing and introducing fab processes within a new RD environment. The role will involve ensuring that all process controls are maintained and the processes are of a desired quality. Analysing results using statistical methods will be required.
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications;
- Strong III-V semiconductor experience
- GaN and LED technology knowledge desirable
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with different departments
- HND in engineering, physics, or equivalent
