Your responsibilities in this role will include but are not restricted to the following:
- Operating as a Technology Risk Partner as part of the GBS risk function which supports the Group CEO's agenda of 'keeping the bank safe'
- Delivering maximum value to GBS Technology to achieve their business objectives while maintaining the NAB's brand and reputation
- Providing a source of subject matter expertise to GBS businesses on risk and compliance related matters
- Partnering with GBS businesses to ensure risks are identified, managed and considered in decisions and minimised in terms of exposure
- Providing risk services including insights, profiling and oversight activities. The role will include supporting business units, change and transformation programs in the delivery of structured risk practices and frameworks.
- Liaise with Senior Technology stakeholders and support them in the management of strategic and operational risk across GBS Technology
- Provide a level of independence to management in terms of risk and compliance.
With a tertiary qualification, you will have banking knowledge and extensive experience and demonstrated subject matter expertise in operational risk and compliance disciplines.
Your strong leadership style and proven ability to influence Business Leaders and senior management and track record in producing results and defining pro-active solutions in an efficient and timely manner as well as a demonstrated experience in resolving stakeholder concerns, issues and conflicts in a timely manner will be key selection criteria.
