GCC-based NRI, Private Banker recruitment
Our client is one of the largest global private banks with offices in more than 50 countries. They are currently in the process of expanding their NRI division and are looking for private bankers managing GCC-based NRI clients to be based in their Singapore office.
Job Profile
- Monitor and manage existing client relationships effectively as well as build profitable relationships with a portfolio of HNW/UHNW GCC-based NRI clients
- Maximize income from portfolios by understanding client requirements and increasing penetration of products to the customer base
- Demonstrate a strong aptitude for sales, finance and banking
- Have a sound understanding of how to monitor and control activity within a regulatory frame work
- Be an ambitious leader heading a motivated and professional team, running the desk as a pro-active market oriented unit
- Coach all team members and ensure appropriate training and development measures using full transparency in communication and measurement
- Know how to deliver the value proposition within the principles of the business model and plan its systematic implementation
Requirements
- Candidates should have 8-12 years of experience in private banking
- Good educational background (University degree or equivalent)
- Profound knowledge of the financial industry
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English
