GCG – Product Manager, Insurance recruitment
The Sucessful candidate should have the following responsibilities:
• Work in close partnership with front-line teams to promote the suite of insurance products
• Work in close partnership with Bancassurance Product team members, Segment Marketing teams and insurance partners to implement product processes and align marketing and channel plans to ensure effectively support on-the-ground sales process
• Provide appropriate MIS/ analysis to help Sales Management track critical performance indicators
• Communication to sales platforms -- Conduct briefings to front-line and support teams / Disseminate insurance partners' updates / engage sales platform to get feedback on sales product ideas improvements
• Develop sales kits / drive identified key focus/ direction to keep sales channel on track to meet target
• Develop sales incentives/ marketing campaigns / events that are in line with the sales and profit targets by working closely with the Bancassurance Head
• Development of new sales or referral channels
• Proactively identify, prioritise and sponsor proposition developments for the channel and from Product Managers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
The ideal candidate should ideally have the following requirements:
• Tertiary degree, preferably in Finance/Insurance/Actuarial related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years working experience preferably in a corporate/financial/insurance environment
• Exposure to insurance industry, particularly Bancassurance management would be an added advantage
• Good organizational problem solving skills.
• Self-motivated, with drive and commitment to achieve set goals.
• Matured and effective team player with good communication and strong interpersonal skills.
