Senco Brands, Inc., a leading international manufacturer and marketer of fastening systems for the building products, industrial, and construction markets, has an excellent opportunity for a General Accountant II in our Cincinnati, OH based headquarters.
Responsibilities: Applying accounting principles and procedures to analyze financial information, prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements and ensure appropriate accounting control procedures. Assist with financial close and reporting activities, financial analysis and other projects defined by management. Specific responsibilities include resolving accounting discrepancies and irregularities; management and support of budget and forecast activities; monitor and support taxation issues; develop and maintain financial data bases; financial audit preparation and coordinate the audit process and analysis and advice on business operations including revenue and expenditure trends, financial commitments and future revenues.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Minimum three (3) years’ experience in generation of budgets, financial reporting, financial data analysis, auditing, taxation and providing financial advice.
Direct usage of JD Edwards and Hyperion highly preferred.
