General Affairs Division Head recruitment

General Management:

Day-to-Day Management:

Oversee the construction/ development of premises in line with approved designs and allocated budgets
Ensure continuous maintenance of the real estate assets of the bank
Perform periodic and regular market valuation of the overall property portfolio of the bank
Provide engineering and consulting services (in-house or outsourced) to determine the location and to design and build branches and other Bank premises
Manage all procurement activities of the bank (relationships with vendors, suppliers and third party services providers) in a manner to minimize the cost to the bank while ensuring the highest quality/levels of service
Evaluate all direct reports according to their performance and ensure management of all staff in a manner to ensure optimum productivity Ensure adherence to all internal standards and guidelines and regulatory compliance

Administrative Management:

Develop policies guidelines for Premises Procurement
Ensure adherence to all internal standards and guidelines and regulatory compliance

People Performance Management

Develop strong team in General Affairs via recruitment, training, coaching and mentoring and groom successors for all positions
Assign targets for management and staff based on the annual plan
Appraise managers and staff performance against targets based on new performance management system guidelines
Continuously improve staff satisfaction and minimize turnover

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree from a reputed university
7-10 years of relevant work experience
Preferably someone who's already working in a similar capacity in a banking environment
Office management experience handling general affairs, human resources and finance
Excellent leadership and administrative skills
Must be Indonesian
