General / Branch Manager
- Insurance Restoration -
General Manager: You must have 5-7 years of experience as a General Manager or Branch Manager with knowledge of mitigation and reconstruction as well as Xactimate experience. You must be able to manage anywhere from 5-20 employees and have knowledge of budgets, profit and loss, hiring / firing, be able to drive business, marketing and sales experience, and train of new employees.
You will have the opportunity for profit sharing and equity ownership!
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, or higher
- Must have 5-7 years of experience with an insurance restoration company
- Sales and marketing experience
- Proficiency in Xactimate (Sketch is preferred)
- Strong communication relationship skills (customer and employees)
- Professional demeanor
- Solid presentation and management skills
The position offers a competitive base salary of $80K - $100K (commensurate with experience) plus bonuses profit sharing. You will also receive comprehensive benefits, including medical insurance, holidays, and plenty of other incentives!
